01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing aqujili and creating a player account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which are incorporated by reference.

aqujili reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use aqujili, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

aqujili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This includes government-issued ID and proof of address as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended or closed.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. aqujili recommends using a strong, unique password and never sharing your account details with anyone else. OTP-based authentication is used to secure account access — you should never share OTP codes with third parties, including individuals claiming to represent aqujili.

Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact aqujili support immediately. aqujili cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on aqujili are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits via GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and bank transfer through Instapay and PESONet. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering instruments.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. aqujili applies AML checks to all transactions and may request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, where applicable, are displayed within the Deposit section of your account.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification being completed on your account.
• aqujili reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending review if unusual account activity is detected.
• Any bonus funds in your balance are subject to their own terms before withdrawal is permitted.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are displayed within your account.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

General rules that apply to all bonuses at aqujili include the following:

06 Responsible Gaming

aqujili monitors account and betting activity for patterns consistent with prohibited behaviour. Where such activity is detected, aqujili reserves the right to suspend or close the account, void associated bets or winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

08 Limitation of Liability

aqujili provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform is available and functional at all times, aqujili does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aqujili is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: losses arising from delayed or failed transactions, disruptions to live casino sessions, or errors in odds or game outcomes caused by technical faults. In all cases, aqujili will investigate and resolve confirmed technical errors fairly.

09 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your aqujili account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and standard withdrawal processing.

aqujili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activity, aqujili may freeze the account pending investigation before processing any remaining balance.

10 Governing Law and Contact

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of aqujili that cannot be resolved through direct communication with support will be subject to the dispute resolution procedures communicated to you at the time of the dispute.
